One of the best tablet supplements over all is USANA Mega Antioxidants. They are high quality pharmaceutical grade. They dissolve thoroughly and you can notice the difference compared to off the shelf stuff.

Otherwise, my strong preference is for juicing natural veges and fruits ( minimize those with high Sugar content such as beets and carrots ) as well as juicing wheat grass, etc.
