Apricot Oil experience

Being that I am a fruitarian (a fruit ONLY fruitarian, no nuts) I switched over to apricot kernel oil. I didn't see a lot of posts or thoughts about it so I will give you mine....

1. tastes the best of all the oils I have tried, very smooth and silky.

2. doesn't freshen your breath as well as the other oils.

3. immediately produces nose mucus - the chunky yellow sick kind. I have never had that come out of my nose normally :-P

4. feel mood enhanced and more woken up!

5. Had a healing crisis yesterday but I think it was because of my fast and not because of the swishing but you should've seen the MUCUS that came out of my BM!!!! WHOA. World record stuff....like a quart of pure mucus! Anyone who hasn't read Arnold Ehret or doesn't believe him THINK AGAIN! :-)
