what is pink or pink bar?

hi i was wondering if you could tell me what pink or pink bar is my guy friends use it as a way to lable people...... from the way they use it it seem like it has to do with how expreanced people are in sex.... but i'm not sure and was wondering if you could tell me what it means because they dont want to tell me....
