Hi, I read in one of Kevin Trudeau 's books that if you take CO 1 tbsp. in the morning and 1 tbsp. in late afternoon you can lose weight, so I am trying that. The problem is -- I don't get up until noon most days. I've been setting my alarm and taking it at 8 a.m. every day and then again in the late afternoon. But I'm afraid this is not helping because when I take it in the morning I go right back to sleep. It probably just sits in my stomach.
Can anyone recommend another CO regimen for losing weight? Or, perhaps you will say that all I need to do is take it a few times a day after rising and that in itself will facilitate weight loss. Advice?
