i totally agree. the one year mark will be interesting. i have been pushing the envelope with my marathon pulling. in this nine months sine the forum started and i resumed doing this every day, i have gone from feeling like i did in my twenties to feeling better than i ever have. i can feel the difference in my body. i am knit together so much better than when i started. i really wasnt expecting that.
