Try some Apple Cider Vinegar each day, too. I know there are many suggestions here but they are all along the same vein in terms of diet. You have to get some balance in your gut. Raw ACV (with the "mother" of vinegar -- Bragg's and Spectrum both make it) is great for infections. You can use it both topically and internally.
