Interesting...

I've been OPing for almost two weeks now.  Almost immediately I developed a 'rash' on my left arm (which was also achy from time to time).  This has all healed nicely and now I have had a sore throat for the past 3-4 days.  I'm pretty sure it wasn't a cold because I didn't have runny nose, sneezing, etc.  Also this morning I noticed that the waste oil had a slight yellow tinge to it when I spat it out.  I can't rule out food/drink and my tongue had the same color.  I smoked for a couple of years, but quit about 6 years ago.  I can't help but wonder if there is a connection.  Oh well onwards and upwards... enjoying the OPing...
