cs 2 tsps for 10 days only? for real? (also does it work for pnemonia?)

a source naturals brand Colloidal Silver says to take for no more than 10 days, and just 2 tsps at that. will this do anything for life threatening pneumonia(maybe caused by mrsa) or panreas infection, and is it ok to take more for longer? how much more and how much longer? also you just swallow right? or shopuld she take it some special way? ty. as with the previouse posting, i would apreciate prayers for my aunt, and multiple responces so i can be more confident in what they say.
