hey, dont worry dear!
this is such a powerful thing...if it was easy, wouldnt be so strong!
i'd say maybe try to get into the fast with a good and slow transition in, with raw food first(fruits, veggies) and then juices for another 2 days or so and then....magical water :)
so that you dont get into any extreme shock from a lot to nothing at all...when you start, make sure you wont stop, it is just a mind thing, remember yu'll eat again sometimes soon!...but so much better, so much more detached!!!
