Alkalinity and aminos.
Whenever I see the importance of aminos come up I always ponder this.....so bear with me on this slightly OT sidetrip........
After a series of plasma amino acid tests I see a lot of low aminos in my family. Now
our friend ML says this is alkalinity based (isn`t everything) and while it would seem that certain minerals ARE involved in creating good digestion (iodine, chloride, sulphur to name a few of the key ones)even some of these are not alkaline per se. I have recently been looking into B3 which I believe is an acid.....and finding it has a large
role in digestion.
Two questions.....first, given the success of some on the
Iodine forum....could these
benefits simply have digestion as their core.
Second....without supplementing HCL....which I think of as a cop out....what ELSE should one consider to improve digestion.
