The reason these foods produce gallbladder attacks is because they encourage the gallbladder to contract. All fats do that. Cut down on these items until your liver/gallbladder are clean and then consume them if you want. Until your liver/GB is clean fats will be problematic. After your liver/GB are clean fats will help prevent further stones from forming as fats will help keep the bile flowing.
