It is called "Prescription for nutritional healing" by James F.Balch and Phyllis A. Balch. This is the second edition and on starting on pages 545-547 are the enema directions. The "Lemon juice cleansing enema" is really good. You can probably check it out from the libraby it is a pretty well known book. And is quite interesting. Anyways I hope that helps. Elaina
