Er...your State Bar Referral Service will have a dozen attorneys that you can consult over this. Make certain that you write down the date, time, EXACT QUOTES, the nurse that you spoke to who apologized, the supervisor's name and HIS/HER exact quotes with regard to your complaint, and take them all to an attorney. This is NOT about money - it's about principal and this doctor should NOT be working with live human beings.
