Re: What's with the knee discomfort?

My knees have been troubling me also, almost continuously since I started taking the Lugols, but I have a genetic predisposition to arthritic knee conditions, so I might be having this trouble anyway. I persist with the protocol having faith that detoxificion of my body will give my immune system a chance to eliminate future joint problems.

Enzymes and joint factors eliminate the knee pain for me. Excercise is also helpful.
