Re: sleepy time

Celestial Seasoning has a nice tea called
"Sleepy time" which has a blend of mints.
There are other herbal formulas, by other
companies which help promote sleep. Even
a nice chamomile tea would help. There are
choices. Also, you may need a hot soak in
a tub with some Epsom Salts and then go to
bed immediately. Many of us also require
more time to unwind and prepare for bed.
Turn the television or radio off an hour
before bed time and read or relax in a
hot tub before tucking in.

You can also find essential oils at your
health food store which can help promote
sleep. I love using my essential oils
during a cleanse to help me feel relaxed
and well.

I hope this helps~~

be happy, be well,
Zoe
