My buddy Owen suggested magnesium citrate for oral supplementation and magnesium chloride for transdermal magnesium therapy. I use magnesium oil topically to help ease chronic pain. You can also buy magnesium chloride for oral use in a product called Slo-Mag at many stores including Walmart. A bath or foot soak in magnesium oil is fantastic. I attribute transdermal magnesium therapy and Iodine supplementation to reducing my level of chronic pain to its lowest level in nearly six years. Y'all cannot imagine how good it feels not to hurt all the time.
