Re: Canola Oil

this post needs and R at least. this is so important due to the mass media machine out there pumping people up about it. i will use Genetically-Modified-Organisms soy before i will use canola. the harmful substances in it are accumulative in the body. i am always floored to see organic canola in the health food store. what is wrong with people?
