Re: what happens after 5 years? update

Well, he tried to take it out and the strings are too short and he couldn't get them. It also seems that it has imbedded itself. I was crying from the pain. It was worse than anything I'd ever felt.
So now I have to get a D&C. sigh. I'm getting a hydro-distention of my bladder for the interstitial cystitis, at the same time. And same doctor. I'm going to be put to sleep. But I am not looking forward to waking up. I'm sure I won't be thrilled with the pain.
I've decided not to get another one, or at least that's what I'm thinking now. I have to wait and see what my periods decide to do. They used to be really heavy and completely irregular. So if they do that again, I don't know what I'll do, maybe...because I think the dr who put it in just cut the strings too short. Maybe.

As far as losing weight...I've always had problems with that....but I was able to lose 25 lbs a couple of years ago, in about 5-6 months. Worked out, all that. But then I woke up one morning with IC, then was diagnosed with fibromyalgia around the same time and it's been roller coaster ever since. Depends on the medication I'm on.
As far as libido....I never lost it. In fact I may have too much. lol Even with the IC pain, I still want to. Crazy! lol
I guess everyone reacts differently to things and I tend to not react the way I'm "supposed to".

K

ps...it's nearly 4am and i haven't slept yet. please excuse my typos. :)
