Well I think they get their backs up because they dont want to lose that much money!
I really think the problem is there is no regulated training and some courses are a week long! That is terrible, there is no way that ANYONE can be even sufficient with that little training. My Electrologist has been doing it for over 20 years and she said that it took her a long time to be like she is today...years. Am I glad she stuck with it! I will go hairtell after I write this. Keep looking it is so worth it!
