What I usually do is wait at least 2 hours after meals before I drink water, and them I drink an 8 oz glass and take liver herbs. I don't know but I thought it was wrong to drink (or sip) water after meals.

Maybe I should open the glyco capsule up and dissolve it in water before I take it. At least that way I'll know it's hydrated. Thank you.
