Re: Questions about drinking blood

I had some laotion friends that would drink shots of raw ducks blood with a popular raw dish,'laup luat'.It's basically spiced finely chopped raw duck and it tastes really really good,kinda sour,kinda spicy. I never had the guts to drink the shots but I ate the meal and it was realy good! I have also eaten harden cubed beefs blood with a certain type of noodles,it's like gelatinish.
