Re: Whale of a Tale

The man is utterly laughable.  You don’t “Teach” a cow to be come a whale and his other example is equally bad.  The man should have the intellectual honesty to at least study the subject, the idea of “Cow to Whale” is known to be false.  That idea goes back to the 1950s, which is probably the last time this joker read a real book on the subject.  The work of University of Michigan paleontology Prof. Philip D. Gingerich points to the fact that whales are related to artiodactyls, with the hippo being it’s closest artiodactyl relative. Berlinski's work has been debunked by a number of scientists.

Many of his changes are not changes at all.  Just from the ones he mentions all of them were wrong.  Skin,  breathing,  diving, lactation, eyes, hearing, salivary, feeding, they are all essentially the same in all mammals; including cetaceans.

His analogy is also false.  There is no cow to whale, looks like he chose the cow at random.  He talks about numbers; it would be more honest to talk about numbers he is making up.

This is nothing more than another creationist lying through his teeth.

And you SS, you forget than only the mutations are random, the selection is not.  So what is really absurd is your condemnation of what is probable even though you are innumerate.
