It INFURIATES me that the USDA does this but goes to small raw milk dairies with scrupulously hygienic methods and forces them to dump their milk, confiscates equipment, basically treating them like toxin producers, all on the basis of alleged bacterial contamination not directly linked to their cows...and look what they do to this large dairy in breach of rules...what a joke. Not that I think thugs should come in and do any of this crap.
