Re: zoebess..

Whats going on with your Bowel Cleanse that
you are not happy with??

You should wait, on average, a couple of
weeks to allow a cleanse like a colon cleanse
or parasite cleanse, etc, to integrate and come
back off of detox mode. Many times, you stop
a cleanse but your body may continue to cleanse
a while longer.

I prefer a plan but I am also very flexible in
my cleansing. Of course, I no longer carry a
heavy load of parasites or yeast, or stones
either. I just finished a parasite cleanse and
then did a lime and egg yolk 3 day flush. Now
I will do some clay drinks from between 2-4
weeks. Then rebuilding and integrating for a few
weeks and then I will look at where I am at and
make some choices then. I am continuing an iodine
protocol but it is very modest. I am a turtle
when it comes to Iodine but am seeing plenty of
progress there too. Iodine leaches out heavy
metals and so this is also why I am motivated
to use clay drinks to nab those metals and carry
them down and out.

The point being that YOU can begin to put the
pieces of your health puzzle together and figure
out which direction to go next. Most important
is bringing your yeast into balance, evict the
parasites, and clean you body's blood filters.
Revolumize/rebuild the blood and you may find
many symptoms disappear. Somedays it may feel
like two steps ahead and one back, but this is
still progress.

Seeking and staying on the Path of Wellness is
more of a lifestyle than a destination. What it
means is down the road, you will feel a lot better
than many others who will make choices which bring
them out of balance and in pain and toxic overload.
Those of us who are able to educate ourselves are
the fortunate ones.

The reason for integration periods between cleansing
is to give the body a chance to process the toxins
and move them out of the body. If you always detox
and never allow *time* for the body to rebuild, it
can be hard on your body.

Here is a good guideline~~although again, be flexible
if need be~~
