I will look for the Dr. Christopher hormone balance in my local health food stores... is there anything I can take instead in case I can't find it?
How does one dilute the oregano oil enough to be safe for the skin?? I don't want to burn myself, I've used tea tree oil undiluted in the past and gotten a red face and burned.
