Hiya!! I KNOW, this will be SO MUCH FUN!!

I'm ready to start anytime. I was planning on starting today.. I understand that you are planning a meal today. That's cool. :) I might have a dried banana or two.. tell me whatcha think.

Thanks for the reciprocation of support. I see it the same way.. I wonder, have you detoxed much? I have a feeling I'll have a doozy of it, LOL.

I wanted to ask you, too, what you've inquired me about. :) For juices, I'm afraid of green juices, but I plan on gradually drinking more and more of it. You see, I had a run-on with a leek that completely scared me away from green juices for awhile. Right now I'm having mostly carrot and pineapple, and water with Himalayan Salt. I'm in the midst of healing an intestinal challenge. :)

What is the best balance of juices for optimum health? [How much fruit, how much vegetable?]

I wonder if there's a plan to implement Dr. Graham's 80/10/10 into juicing..?

Also, I was curious about what your stance on certain foods are. I would like to continue my half-a-teaspoon serving of Virgin Coconut Oil a day, and mabey even a bit of Olive Oil a day, because I am a firm believer in their healing properties. I wonder if I could just melt some VCO in the juice...?

Are smoothies part of the liquidarian diet? LOL!! I understand it's considered a food, does David Jubb have smoothies? What about .. really liquidy smoothies?

            I'm having fun, sorry. :)

You see, I truly, truly desire to become Liquidarian. But, I also believe in health - I know some people are hardcore about what is fasting, what is not, what fits the criteria - but for me, it's about health. What's best for oneself.

Please lemme know your opinions, your side, what you choose. I have a completely open mind about all of this. :) All the questions are just me, on a neverending path for Knowledge. <3

Thanks so much.. I'll open my e-mail for you.

            You're awesome!
            ~Papillon
