You're right, tis is about health and about us, not about "fasting" or rules. We want it to be about "really doing it", too. So my opinion is that if smoothies will help you keep liquidarian, or are a way to include things in your dietary that you think are important but that can't be juiced, by all means have smoothies. Especially if you can use them to get some greens in. Green is the color and vibration of healing, peace, and love. And will castout fear, not just about tself (in time), but other anxiety as well - that is becuse it is so alkalline. As they say on rawfoodsupport, "green juice loves you". It's true, it makes your blood very happy. People like Douglas Graham and David Klein are in person whiney, depressed grouches. To feel greatall the time, we need to increse greens. There's a book on green-fruit smoothies called _Green for Life_, which I haven't read - it might interest you. It's creating a big smoothie revolution.
I am fairly sure that in time I will add some oil or fat to my juice. Right now, I want to be more digestion-free, lighter. That's what I feel I need right now, and I think compromising will make me feel like eating solids. At any time, we have to figure out what's going to be supportive, and do THAT, whatever anyone says.
I should make a green drink now. I tend not to feel like drinking/eating in the morning, and I'd rather skip it, but I imagine a big part of success in being liquidarian is in keeping one's blood-sugar level balanced, and avoiding risking getting suddenly TOO HUNGRY. So I should take the precaution right now of a little bit of calming nutrition to "jump-start" the day. Will just finish typing!
