Huh.... yeah, I'll have to look into that. The no cramping factor is very appealing. Even the mild laxative teas make me cramp. Let me know if you hear/see of anything about combining Oxypowder and the MC.
Yeah, next on my list is doing a liver flush. After seeing some of the pictures of what stones pass through, makes me very curious! It does seem like everyone has their own technique. So, I need to research which way is the best way. I think I am going to do it the weekend after I finish the MC. Hmmm.. maybe I am doing things backwards here.
