I don't have a blog. I thought about it but haven't got around to it yet. It's almost like if I don't think too much about what I am doing then the process will go by more easily. On the other hand, I've got a lot of help from others through asking questions and all the blogs are inspirational so maybe I should get my act together and do it.
As for the oxypowder maybe you are really clean. I did 10 days on it a couple of weeks ago and now I'm on it again and I get dark liquid out all the time. I tried the swf for one day thinking that I couldn't call myself an MC'er without doing it at least once. Gross. Not doing that again.
I'm completing day 4 of MC, but day 6 of liquids as I started with a liver flush which made the transition easier. Planning on 10 days of MC and then a gentle reintroduction to food.
Think I'll get my act together and do a blog. Time I gave something back to this great community. Watch this space.
