Back for more, this time much more
spring time cleansing
Date: 3/9/2008 2:56:54 PM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 1652 times I recently decided to do another cleanse. It's almost officially spring (what better time to cleanse?) and here I am. I've done 3 other cleanses aside from the one I wrote about in this blog, but this time I am going all-out.
It's been a year and a half since my last MC. I've done liver flushes but that's been it, so have been reading anecdotal tales around the Internet about people's experiences with the cleanse. I completely forgot that I kept a blog during my first MC until I stumbled upon it here much by accident. It was amazing to reread it and what better way to reacquaint myself with cleansing than to read my very own words. To be honest, I thought I had deleted this blog but am thrilled that I didn't!
I'm starting the MC on the 28th. In the meantime I am cleansing in other ways. I've been doing a parasite cleanse (still am) and then on the 21st will do a liver cleanse followed (as said) on the 28th with a MC. The great thing is that J is doing all of this with me so there will be no temptations around the house. He's only going to MC for 7 days (his first Master Cleanse!) so he will have to fix his own food after as I am aiming for 14+ days. I honestly believe that this pre-cleanse cleansing will set the stage for an easier go of things with the MC.
Hopefully my hunger levels won't be like they were with the first cleanse. So exciting!
