Hips don't lie

I think I know where the 4 lbs I lost came from. Today I put on a skirt and noticed more space in the waist and hips. My skirt looks normal on me now-not all bunched up & obscene...Halleuiah! When my hips, butt thighs and stomach start getting smaller, that's when I really get excited. I think about the cute "junior size" jeans and pants I have in my closet-waiting patiently for me to be able to wear them again. No doubt the roller skating probably helped. I think the next class will be more pleasant because after today, the temperature is going down to the 80's, thank God. Yesterday, Ren suggested I purchase a juicer to save money, which makes sense. But, after doing this more than a few times; I know myself well enough to understand that the more convienient I make it for me, the better. I would soon burn out if I had to shop for, prepare, juice & blend every day-and I wouldn't last long. So for now my juicer and blender are on the shelf, and I'm steadily moving closer to my cute clothes...
Skin brushing. When I first heard of it, I went right out and got me a brush, used it off and on over the years - but didn't stick with it. Now that I've taken it up again, whenever I'm tempted to forgo the brushing, I remind myself how my skin feels like silk and in terms of my current diet, it helps to scrub the largest organ of my body...
