One pound gained for the ho-ho-holidays

I gained one pound. I am 155. Yes I confess to being a workplace snackmonster. Well not the kind of snacking when I'm under marital stress or work stress. I also ate meat this Merry Xmas. Not a lot but three small bites of my husband's first ever holiday ham. He promises to make vegetable soup tomorrow. Anyhow, I find that a dirty kitchen is more of an impediment to my rawness than lack of funds. Now that I've released all of my financial woes to the Lord, I'm not talking lack anymore. I'm talking a CLEAN KITCHEN for the happy new year!

I'm rededicating myself to releasing the excess weight and excuses for the barriers to weight loss. Tomorrow or tuesday I will discuss my new strategies. Thanks Uncle Sugar for the nice firsttime home buyer tax credit. It's going towards buying rawfood goodies and an om yoga gym!
