End of shift report day 5/14
I'm falling asleeeeeeep
Date: 2/21/2010 11:46:18 PM ( 14 y ) ... viewed 2374 times I had a second poop at work and felt totally awesome afterwards. The idea of taking swiss kriss and/or castor oil again right is making me gag. Ho boy I totally understand how the old ladies feel when I come at them with milk of mag,etc.
Here's a run down of what I had at work:
a cup of apple juice but I ended up grabbing my jar of lemonade at the tail end of my medpass.
Went to dinner and had half a cup of coffee with blueberry honey to revive my brain
Had a big cup of smoothie and still have some left. I do not feel hungry but I just can't bring myself to take any swiss kriss herbs. I'm totally exhausted as all heck broke loose on the floor close to the end of shift. JEEPERS!!!!
Oh yeah I already know what my break-the-fast meal is going to be...
a nice cup of tea and a rawfood cinnamon roll
vegetable soup
When I came into work, there was a box of chocolates at the station. I closed it and tossed it to the side LOL!!!! Tomorrow I'm going to spend some time writing down exactly why I'm doing this fast.
