Yes I'm telling you thank goodness I made as many jars of green smoothies as I did. OTHERWISE, I would have mortally wounded my raw lifestyle than a bruise or strain if you will. I just started feeling totally dejected as the afternoon went on. There's a negative vibe going around at work then my belly felt bloated and you ladies know what I'm talking about. You just know the period is coming.
I didn't eat as much as I could have and I probably could have drank way more coffee but something inside of me knew that it wouldn't be so bad if I ate fruit and drank my smoothies. I did and even went for a walk/run at dinnerbreak. That's my new habit, I'm running instead of going to sit and chill with my iphone. By the end of the night, I had enough of green smoothies and ate a small slice of pizza. It was ok but it was Domino's garbage and not real pizza so you know I was hungry. Still, I wasn't nice to my coworker. Not in an overt way but in a way I think I'll have to pass on holy communion out of personal guilt/remorse.
I got razzed real bad about my green smoothies tonight to the point it hurt my feelings a little bit. I take it with a grain of salt because they smoke and I passed a fella outside the home smoking with his oxygen still on. Whatever. I came home in total bitch mode and glared hotly at my husband who I ordinarly consider to be a big fuzzywuzzy teddybear but at the moment was being a drag on my entire life because we don't have babies yet. I really wanted to tear his eyeballs out because I have to work the weekend it'll be SEVENTY DEGREES. LOL poor thing and he's now getting over his cold (the same one I had to go to work with!) He just hung his head and said I'm going to bed. So glad I have off on friday.
Bitch bitch bitch...phew it feels good to vent. Maybe I can go to sleep now and wake up a raw goddess tomorrow.
