Great questions worth asking of any physician.
IMO "the ultrahealthy" begins with the preparation for pregnancy and that plus the pregnancy itself and continuing throughout the baby's nursing requires an ultra-nutrient-dense diet for the mother. I am therefore impressed with the following:

"Their children are breast-fed up to three years, it being considered unjust to the living child for its lactation to be interrupted by a maternal pregnancy."
That plus a good read regarding raw and soured milk in the Hunza diet follows plus contrasts with pasteurized milk.
