weight report/Biggest Loser drama!
off the raw wagon and back on...plus my amusement at BL show
Date: 11/14/2013 3:50:47 PM ( 11 y ) ... viewed 8508 times Yep gained a little weight. It was a combo of pooping my brains out and eating only a bag*l, hardly any exercise and so on. It was an off week and believe me I feel the two pounds. But I did go food shopping today so I'm good now.

Biggest Loser drama:
First of all, I thought the cooking competition was lame but then again they are getting results. I just don't understand how they go through workouts all day long on low fat quesadillas. To me, low fat dairy is an insult to the cow. Greater insult is the Obamacare propaganda with the myplate chef and the wonderwall of Biggest Loser fruits and vegetables (not organic).
Jillian and her diet pill scandal...diet pills don't work. As someone who drinks coffee I understand her reasoning. Plus I read the gossip on the internet that she was giving these out long before but they needed an excuse to bring Ruben Studdard back.
I am still waiting to see how they lose so much weight every week. Is it a production week as in two weeks? One girl got terribly sick. All that exercise every day generating a tremendous amount of cortisol and free radicals. Anyway, I guess when you are morbidly obese you have to do what you have to do.
