ORIGINAL POST
Nothing exciting in the poop report today. Thought I had something, but then I remembered I ate a mango yesterday, so all that fiber was probably that. I did see a large piece of flat, papery material, but no segments, so probably not tapeworm.
Have felt stinging as they exit my skin and pinching/biting in my gut. Took laxative tea last night, trying to get as much out as possible.
Everything I read says Albendazole takes a few days to work well, so I'll give it time. I guess it has to weaken the larger worms before they die. I'm really concerned more with it killing the muscle cysts, and I won't be able to see that unless some of them just go away. Strongyloides are so tiny that I could be passing thousands of them and not know, so I'll just keep going and see what happens.
No bad die-off, but I've been drinking lots of water with lemon and taking garlic, since I had no access to Doxcy. It seems to be working o.k. A little runny nose, but nothing else.
