The end of my fast

This will be my last entry in this blog.
I did not complete my 3-day water fast. I am afraid I only managed one day and the next day I went out to eat with friends and I didn't want to be a social outcast. On the bright side, I have only been eating vegetables since Sunday and today I am at 152 pounds. My goal weight was 145 pounds. I will continue eating healthy until I reach that goal, but I think my fasting days are over.
I know I have disappointed some readers because I intended to initially master cleanse for 10 whole days and then water fast until I reach my goal weight. I can see now that was a little bit too ambitious for me. I managed to complete a 7-day master cleanse and I did do 5 days of water fasting. I don't think I will attempt a long-term water fast or master cleanse again. I may incorporate single day water fasts into my diet in the future but nothing more.
