eft, crying baby
Date: 8/28/2005 11:15:46 PM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 2167 times I had quit taking the homeopathic remedy for my allergies and my eyes have just been very itchy and red. The tapping helps in the short run, but always comes back. So I'm thinking there is a toxin to me - and the allergies are very layered or genetic or something. So I will tap - and take the remedy every day. Eyes are better today.
DS22 came to visit today and he's studying in the medical field. I taught him a very short version of tapping on meridians. Helped DD20 feel better from her headache, so it was a good demonstration while he was here.
It's fun how little teaching moments happen every day. New things, new people. I was going down to JM house and I was hearing a very newborn baby cry. Then I saw that PB had her little new grandson outside trying to soothe him. She said he had reflux and was hungry and mom when to get the medicine. She was holding him so I just started tapping around .....Not much happening, then I remembered to talk to him. I said, "tummyache, " and then a few comments about that we love him and he will be fine and his grandma loved him and he would be fine and his tummy was feeling better, etc.
Then he began to calm down and open his eyes. It was not a large difference, but he quit crying and I have no idea if it was the tapping or not - maybe it just occurred at the same time, but it seemed to be magic for the little guy.
