Day Ten...Yeah!!!! Day Ten I made it! I'm so glad that I made it to this day, as that was my goal. I feel really glad that I accomplished this and know that I can fast now whenever I want to. Ron is on day eleven...and is doing great. His goal was to make it to Friday, which would be 15 for him, but he's decided to break his fast when I do tomorrow. I am really shaky and my heart is beating way too fast more and more frequently now. I feel that it's time for me to break the fast and get some nutrition. Ron's lost eleven pounds so far, I have lost four. Some people who have been kind enough on the MC forum to answer my questions, one of them about weight loss, indicated that your body won't burn fat if it's trying to heal up something or your body is an a crisis. That would certainly explain it because I do have so many health issues. I know that this fast must have helped in some of those areas, and feel really good about giving my body this chance to heal up some things. We will fast with diluted orange juice tomorrow and start making soup for the next day to eat in the evening. If any of you are on the fence about doing this fast, Ron and I both wholeheartedly recommend it. Try it! You'll never know what it can do for you til you try.
