Still going....
Progressing along on day 28....
Date: 2/20/2006 1:18:30 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2483 times Well, day 28 here. It has gone by so fast and oh, my body feels sooooo great! I started walking again to prepare for my marathon. I'm so excited about this. My husband is going to walk/run it with me, he's such a stud!
Two days ago I had quite a flush (via lax tea). I couldn't believe what was still in there after 28 days! Yuck. In previous fasts I had never used lax tea just my lovely (not) enemas. But I decided during this go around that an extra push would be helpful and boy, is it working.
The family and I went out for a drive yesterday, no particular destination in mind, just to explore some place new. It was a totally rewarding experience. We found by our local river this amazing area. Hiking trials, mountians, beautiful scenery, bridges... We walked and ran, played around and just breathed in God's gorgeous creation. Ahhhh.... Yesterday was a good day. :)
