Day 94
Weight loss has slowed and I'm not too pleased with it. :)
Date: 4/26/2006 2:53:54 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2349 times Well, I've lost A LOT of weight during this fast, but then again I had a lot to lose in the first place. :)
Lately the weight loss has slowed down, like 2 pounds a week. That, I can do eating and working out. So, if I don't start seeing some more acceptable results soon, I'm going to have to think of some ideas to boost that weight loss. I haven't had a lot of time to do cardio lately, so maybe adding more of that will help things out. I also considered stopping my fast, eating for two weeks to get things reved up again... but then I really don't want to go through the whole hunger thing again...
I know this is typical, but really, when you're not eating, ingesting only pure nutrients and you're working off at least 10x what you're drinking each day, why is the body holding on to FAT it doesn't need! Grrrrrr.....
But then, maybe I should be keeping in mind that this fast is not totally for weight loss, more health than anything. :)
