The Change Begins
The Beginning of a new life for me. The journey for spiritual health and physical health begin.
Date: 4/24/2006 12:48:03 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 1613 times I feel as though lately God has allowed me to open my eyes to the need for change in my life. I have not liked the outcome of many different areas of my life but havnt done anything of changing the input.
THOUGHTS = ACTIONS = Habits= Character = Destiny
So I am changing my thoughts first.. I know this will lead me to change many of my actions that have created habits in my life that develop my character and determine my destiny...
This blog will be the recordings of my journey ...
I plan to renew my relationship with God and determine to know Him more and His Will for my life and direction and steps i must take.
Today is day one of my fast. I will water fast for 21 days and juice for 10 days and then raw diet for 7-10 days This is just the beginning of living a disciplied and self control way of eating. Gluttony and emotional eating will NOLONGER rule my life. I will turn to God in times of comfort and I will gain the strength within to life a life of moderation and self control, patience endurance temperance LOVE and Joy...
I am also on a journey to finish my school to get my MBA so I will also be logging about my trials and triumphs and get some stress vented.
To all who read keep me in mind when you say your prayers that God will help me through this journey. I have self esteem issues and issues with my family that need to get resolved and I do want to break free..
