Day 23 of the Juice Fast (last day???)
Worst day of the fast

I made my usual juice in the morning and was planning on taking at least part of the day to meditate. The juice tasted a little funny to me. Almost as if there was some milk in it?? (I'm not sure why). About 2 minutes after drinking the juice I started sneezing uncontrolably (my nose was also running) About 2 minutes after that I started feeling nauseous. I just made it in time to the bathroom to projectile vomit into the toilet. Talk about nasty!!
I felt better after I threw up but all of the sudden I was really hungry!!! I decided I would just drink some water and see if the feeling passed. After about two hours my stomach started to really growl and my mouth started salivating. I honestly feel like I shouldn't yet have been hungry (I still could lose another 20 lbs easily) but I couldn't take the pangs. I decided that maybe I could eat just a little salad and then continue on with an evening juice.
I had a small salad with just some lettuce and a celery with some light oil & vinegar dressing. I felt immediatly better and thought everything would be just fine.....then about an hour later I got another hunger pang!!! Damn!! I couldn't believe it. I tried to wait it out again but my body was clearly telling me to eat. I again had another salad and a green apple. After that I was OK for the rest of the evening.
Now I'm wondering what to do??? Today is the morning of the 24 day. Should I just continue with the juice (I dumped all my veggies and got new ones yesterday)?? I feel fine this morning and had a juice for breakfast. I'm bummed that this has happened and I don't know if it was due to the veggies I had or it was my body telling me to eat???
Needless to say it was far from a day of spiritual contemplation for me.
