and still doing it like a warrior.

ugh, i hate this! abstain, abstain, abstain!!!! those fries are beckoning me and i'm not even particularly hungry.

it's the holidays and the past 2 days i've been eating like a pig! totally stretching my limits to the max. it's been awful. but at least i'm still doing it like a warrior, only once per day. except yesterday. i spaced two meals 4 hours apart.

well, alright already, i know it's bad, but i'm still giving my system significant breaks and my elimination has acted in a pretty efficient manner. for example, binge #1 was two huge plates of spinach rice & a chocolate bar. next day, pretty solid BM, and felt hungry a few hours later. then i ate tons of cabbage rolls at Grandma's, and I mean TONS plus greek-style christmas cookies with tons of powdered sugar. TONS of those too! + 1.5 tomatoes with lots of feta and extra stuffed tomatoes (with rice) - it was freakin' decadent! BIG stomach pressure discomfort, people it was lasting for hours. The result today was three BM's. Now it's 9pm and I'm feeling hungry again. I want french fries, really. The thought is really tempting me. I'll cut tomatoes, clean some romaine lettuce, and eat that with fries. I'll use a light dressing of olive oil - it will be pretty devine I think. Hmmmmm, I'll also stop to get a chocolate bar with real toasted almonds.

Maybe I'll even rent a movie and eat in front of the TV~ nice way to spend Christmas Eve don't ya think?. Happy Holidays to everyone!
