Hi,
I am currently trying to clean up my body. I have tried the colonix, but I have read that the oxypowder is better. I have been on the oxy for four days and am up to 12 capsules and still not going very much. What is coming out is liquid though. Is there too much you can take? I have read that some people take it every day for up to 30 days. I find my skin is very dry (it is winter here) and I need to put sunscreen on it everyday because I have dermal melasma on my face. I drink lots of water and am eating mostly raw fruits and vegtables. I plan to do a liver cleanse after a week on the oxypowder, when I find the right dosage. I started taking celery seed tea for my kidneys today too. Is this too much all at once? Any advice as to what amounts I should take or can take would be appreciated. Is there something organic or natural that I can put on my face to hydrate it? Also is there something I can eat or drink that helps put more moisture into the body and skin?
Hi Kim,
The fact the your stools are liquid shows that oxypowder is working. it reacts with impacted waste in the colon and result is liquid stools. You should stop using sunscreen, it full of dangerous chemicals. There is no need to protect your skin from them sun. Sun exposure is very beneficial to your health. Instead of you fell burining from the sun you should use coconut oil.
For better digestion, you food should cooked.
You are on the right track, you can do both colon and kidney cleansing in the same time. More detailed answers are in the Adreas book. Timeless secrets to health and rejunivation.
Good advice - by the way, I need to start taking the molasses for iron - I am always very low in iron and thus, low in hemoglobin and thus in oxygen in my cells - therrefore, ALWAYS EXHAUSTED.
So, where is the best place and best molasses to buy?
I hope you have or will get Andreas book Timeless Secrets for Health and Rejuvenation. Check his website http://www.ener-chi.com On the first page left bottom under more info is an index for the book.
He tries to solve everything with cleanses and food plus different lifestyle.
He does not support suntan lotion. I don't know about molasses. All the cleanses are in the book. Under suppliers you can find his suggested kidney cleanse.
He also writes about raw food, some body types do better with cooked food.
I think urine has some protective action for the sun.
I would like to give you the recipe of the cream I make for myself and my family, I'm very fond of it. You can make any kind of variations, because this is just a basic formula that can be interpreted in many ways. I took it from the book "Earthly Bodies & Heavenly Hair" of Dina Falconi, which I very much love and recommend.
Here it goes:
6 oz. liquid oil
3 oz. solid oil (coconut oil, shea butter and/or cocoa butter)
1 oz. beeswax
9 oz. water (distilled water, floral water, herbal infusion, fruit juice, aloe gel, whatever you prefer, eventually with grapefruit seed extract as a natural preservative so that the cream doesn't spoil too rapidly)
It makes approximately 19 oz. of cream
- put the oils and the beeswax in a cup and the cup in a pot with boiling water at medium heat, stirring until everything dissolves
- remove the cup and let it cool down at body temperature, stirring every now and then
- meanwhile put the water in a cup and the cup in the pot of before until it reaches body temperature
- when everything is at body temperature pour the water into a blender, preferably with the attachments for whipping cream (here you can eventually add the grapefriut seed extract)
- slowly and gradually pour the oil into the water while blending, and here the magic happens, all of a sudden the cream forms under you eyes. The process is called emulsification.
- at this point, if you like, you can add essential oils, stirring them well but by hand
It is faster to do than to say, and after trying it you will not want to go back to any other cream ever. I used to like a lot oils, but the cream is more complete because of the hydratating effect of the water.
This cream doesn't have any sun screen, but nourishes the skin deeply.

Thank you.:)
The dosage of grapeseed extract is of around 1 - 1 and 1/2 teaspoons, but this is just an approximation, you have to experiment a bit. I don't have any experience because I prefer not to put it.
I also strongly recommend you to store the cream in vases in glass and not in plastic, I personally verified that in plastic the cream spoils faster. They should also be kept far from the light. If you find vases in non-transparent glass, that's the best.
You can also use half dosage to begin with.
After a while it might happen that the oils and the water tend to separate a bit, but that's ok, the cream is still good.
I invite you to try the formula in its simplest form at the beginning, with water only and no essential oils added, I find it is absolutely delicious, with that very faint smell of coconut and beeswax, kind of subtle, smashing in its simplicity.

It is important that you don't heat the oils too fast.
The oils you mentioned are all rich, try grapeseed, apricot kernel, almond which are more on the dry side, and avoid shea butter (even if it has great qualities). You will like better the feeling of the cream which is lighter than the oil.
I always use thistle oil and sesame oil which I was told is an ayurvedic combination, they are cheap and super, then I add others I have at home, improvising a bit (I like being surprised :)). I like to put many together, but you don't have to. I normally don't use jojoba for the cream because I'm very fond of it as it is. Some oils have a too strong smell to be used straight, but in the cream they come out fantastic. I am very fond of essential oils, but practically never feel like using them in the cream because I like the faint scent of all these oils together.

Forgot to tell you of this ayurvedic trick that you might love as I do: after putting the oil wait a few minutes, then splash with water. I use it for the body, I apply the oil, let it penetrate a few minutes, then take a quick shower. You will be amazed by how it feels.
since it is homemade, and the aloevera is used...
Aloe Vera should be refrigerated.
Yes about keeping it in dark glass.
I would suggest that you divide the 19 ozs into maybe 4 separate containers,
then take them out as you use them .
you can buy glass cosmetic container from many resources
I get mine from http://mountainroseherbs.com
Another focus point, NEVER keep dipping in to get lotions,
use a small spatula (cosmetic one tiny ) or a knife/spoon to get a bit out
of the container.
the more you *touch it* the more you introduce bacteria to the base container
Be careful if using concentrates essential oils . make sure they say can be used
externally , since some are for burning only.
using essential oils is not like using regular oils .
bare drops are all that is required, they are so potent.
do not misinterpret the oils Sophie is suggesting are regular oils,
mainly.. along the lines of almond, jojoba, vitamin e, olive, sesame, coconut,
emu,avocado ,etc.
(note if you buy vit e oil read the label..many brands use mineral oil and add vit e)
*****CONSIDER**** a blend of good oils to equal the full value of oil in the recipe)

another thought is simply divide portions into 4ths, and only make about 4 1/2 ounces at time... this is a good amt. and will be $ wise avoiding potential
of spoilage of a higher amt.
Aloe vera gel, and good cold pressed sesame seed oil should be kept in fridge.
Most all oils will have greater shelf life there as well.
Many oils go rancid in about 3-6 months EXCEPT coconut oil and the hard form
of shea and kui nut oil .
