The easiest parasite cleanse I have found is Hulda'Clarkes Zapper treatment. You can buy the zapper online. Then move on to any cleanse you wish.

By the way...Your body is a giant filter. Any cleanse is eating/drinking things that are healthier than what you previosly. For ex. Just giving up coffee and soda's may be a cleanse for someone to get off of caffeine. I certainly would not recommend Dr. Andersen's cleanse for someone who has not gotten over all addictions. To start , he recommends a raw diet which alone is a cleanse for many people. Yet his cleanse is fantastic if you are enthusiastic about it.
