Still trucking along, still 100% faithful to the fast. Still hungry 24/7. No more headaches. Looking forward to a real salad. Aahhh...Salad. And a vegetarian pizza with white sauce, zucchini, sundried tomato, artichoke hearts and no cheese...pure heaven.
I still expect to lose about 9 more pounds by the end of the fast. Kale, baby zukes and asparagus went on sale and they are M'm M'm good juiced.
Once I start my raw food diet at the end of this fast, I expect to lose another 20 pounds minimum. Spirulina and chorella are the protein answer. It's 60% protein, fantastic. There's also a free site called nutritiondata.com that is incredible too. Check it out. Not only does it give detailed nutritional information, it gives companion foods for complete nutrition.
