A challenge is made to all "health practitioners", nutritionists, dietitians (and the like) to read this book!
Imagine - knowing more than "95% of MDs" on nutrition once you have read this book! (That may not be too difficult to comprehend once you know how little education most doctors get in their medical training on nutrition.)

I just purchased the newest ('08) edition at Amazon for less than retail! If you are in San Diego we can have a study group! Come to the "Enchanted Garden" and we can also have a potluck of nourishing, traditional foods!
Speaking of really good food - today I received shipment on the best (creamiest) raw butter and raw cream (so thick you don't have to whip it!) and now my contributions to potlucks here will be blessed with the best from Holy Cows! Also have raw goat's milk (and highly recommend reading "Goat Milk Magic" by Bernard Jensen).
