Seeking Balance
seeking my Love with the Earth.

Set out to do some gardening
to re-establish my relationship with the earth.
A man unexpectedly arrived who wanted
to know things about the community for a disseration.
He had called me before but I had not responded.
I spoke with him for an hour, and as we was leaving
I felt the deepest emptiness and desire to call
my closest friend. I have been wanting to get a handle
on more balance in that relationship.
I am going to do some gardening to see how I can
regroup with my Love affair with the Mother Earth.
Tomorrow is The Birthday of the Trees.
It coincides with Valentine's Day.
